At Color Match Method, we aim to get your tools and products into your hands quickly and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Retail Shipping
(Most Items)

All color analysis tools and supplies (excluding print-on-demand items) ship from our main studio. We offer a flat-rate shipping policy to make things easy.

Shipping Rates:

7.95 flat-rate shipping within the U.S.
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50

Processing Time:

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing.
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Phone Cases

Our color season phone cases are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner, Printify. These ship separately from other items in your order.

Shipping Options (U.S. Only):

Economy Shipping: $3.99 per case (4–8 business days)
Standard Shipping: $4.99 per case (2–5 business days)

You’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping speed at checkout.
Each phone case is shipped individually and may arrive in a separate package from the rest of your order.

Processing Time:

Average production time: 2–4 business days
Delivery estimates begin after production is complete

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
